Residential Sector
PJ BIRD have been awarded the contract to design, install & commission mechanical building services throughout the luxury new build leisure lodges which are currently being developed around the Woolfox complex
The following systems have been designed, installed and commissioned by PJ BIRD:
- 2.nr Nuaire MVHR systems throughout each property
- 1.nr Daikin ASHP serving UFH & Domestic hot water plant
- Daikin Multi split Air conditioning systems providing comfort heating & cooling (1st floor bedrooms)
- Domestic water services
- Above ground level drainage
