Following MEDIQ’s successful acquisition of their new distribution centre on East Midlands Distribution Park, PJ BIRD were contracted to provide the design and modification of the buildings base build CAT A VRV comfort heating/ cooling air conditioning and MVHR ventilation systems to accommodate MEDIQ’s CAT B fit out works
The base build systems were made up of 3.nr Daikin VRV air conditioning systems & 8.nr Daikin MVHR systems previously serving CAT A open plan office space
PJ BIRD provided validation checks of the existing systems, together with the design, to modify, adapt, and add to the existing systems, forming part of MEDIQ’s CAT B fit out works, converting open plan office space, into smaller offices
