Project Description:
PJ BIRD Limited were employed to provide the design, installation, and commission of mechanical building systems & services, forming part of the full strip out and refurbishment of the dealerships car showroom, workshops & office space.
PJ BIRD provided the following works:
New Daikin VRV air conditioning systems providing comfort heating/ & cooling, serving the dealerships showroom and part 1st floor office space. 4.nr VRV systems controlled & operated via touch screen centralised controller. All FCU’s were of a concealed ducted type, ceiling void and floor standing units
- Domestic water supplies serving various tea points, Workshops, Mess room, Staff & customer W/C’s
- Above ground level drainage systems serving various tea points, Workshops, Mess room, Staff & customer W/C’s
- LTHW systems consisting of zone circuits for connection to radiator emitters providing heating to common areas
- Domestic hot water generation, provided by a central, indirect, unvented hot water cylinder cw secondary circulation
- Supply/ installation of sanitaryware
