Project Description:
This Grade II listed building, situated within the heart of Leeds city centre was subject to full office fit-out and refurbishment
PJ BIRD were instructed to Design, Install and commission LPHW and Public Health systems and services forming part of this refurbishment programme
We provided the following works-
- New plant room consisting of 2.nr Ideal Evomax 150 boilers c/w Low Loss header arrangement and associated pipe work and pumps
- New DHW calorifier
- Domestic water services
- SVP
- Installation of W/C sanitary ware
- Installation of Showering facilities
- Wet Core drilling
- Full testing & commissioning INC. Disinfection/ sampling
- Re-ling of GRP cold water storage tanks
Project Duration: 4 months
