Project Description: PJ BIRD Limited have been employed to provide the design, installation & commission of Public Health and Domestic Hot Water generation plant forming part of the CAT A & CAT B refurbishment works throughout the 11 storey office building, located within the heart of Birmingham
Our works consist of the following services:
- Domestic water supplies serving core W/C refurbishment throughout the building
- Domestic water supplies serving Basement shower facilities
- Drainage systems serving core W/C refurbishment throughout the building
- Drainage systems serving Basement shower facilities
- Public Heath systems throughout the CAT B fit out scheme across 3.nr floor levels
- Domestic Hot water generation plant, CO2 ASHP for connection to 3.nr buffer vessels, providing instantaneous domestic hot water
