Project Description:
PJ BIRD Limited were instructed to provide and execute the mechanical building services throughout the new build dining hall block
The following services and systems were provided:
- Full plant room fit-out including 3x 120KW Remeha boilers, 1x VT Circuit & 2x CT circuits,
- 2x Mikrofill 300L semi instantaneous loading cylinders
- 40x Stelrad LST radiators
- 5x Monodraught natural ventilation units
- 1x Duty Point combined tank & booster set
- Extract ventilation systems serving catering kitchen
- Supply Air AHU cw 80KW LTHW heater battery
- TREND IQ4 BMS systems
- Incoming MCWS & N.GAS utility supplies
- Central extract ventilation system serving W/C’s
- Supply & installation of sanitaryware
