Project Description:
PJ BIRD Limited were contracted to provide the design, installation & commission of mechanical building systems, throughout the new leisure centre at Woolf Golf & Country club
PJ BIRD provided the following works:
- Full in house Design
- Daikin MVHR systems, providing ventilation to the Gym, studios , changing rooms and office space
- Daikin VRV Air conditioning systems serving the gym, studios & reception lobby
- UFH systems throughout the core building- generated via Daikin ASHP
- LTHW heating plant serving domestic hot water plant, Swimming pool PHE & Swimming pool AHU
- Swimming pool AHU
- Design of swimming pool AHU counter lever support systems, projecting over the roofline
- Domestic water supplies serving changing rooms and shower facilities
- Above ground level drainage systems serving changing rooms and shower facilities
- Mechanical control panel & wiring of all systems
- Supply/ installation of sanitaryware
